This survey is being conducted by an independent researcher who is also a raw milk consumer. No government funds or other support have been (or will be) used to support this survey or its analysis.
Results will be aggregated, examined, and published in an academic venue. Your own responses will be kept private. Furthermore, none of your answers will allow us to identify you. There are no questions that will allow us to identify your raw milk producer.
